Hello, I’m Ross Palmer. I run the calls and my wife, Mahogany, handles the logistics. Currently I’m licensed, bonded & insured to work in Iowa.

I’ve worked in HVAC for nearly 25 years. Starting in residential and more recently working on commercial units. I enjoyed residential work the most. There is more of a connection to be made with people on the residential side of this business.

For years our friends and family have requested second opinions on A/C and furnace questions. This is due to my competitors trying to upsell new units instead of fixing the current ones. I can problem shoot almost any malfunctioning unit and get it back working like new in no time. Selling customers a new unit is typically the worst-case scenario. I’m honest with my customers and help them determine the best solution for their financial situation. Financing is available, if needed.
